If you forget your user password you can retrieve it, but you can only do it personally.
Access www.fonoma.com and click on "Get started" and then on "Continue with your email".
Select the "Forgot it?" option.
Then you will get to this screen, click on the option "Send email to reset password".
Log in to your email and review your inbox to continue with the password recovery process. Then select "Login with your new password".
You will get to this screen, click on the option "Login to Fonoma".
With these steps you will have your password active again! 😉
