The promotional bonus of 30MIN + 30SMS + 20 CUC is valid up until 30 days from the day it was purchased (Cuban time). The client will receive an SMS when the bonus is close to expiring.

The main balance is valid for 330 days from the day of the recharge.

The bonus received cannot be transferred to other Cubacel customers whereas main balance can be transferred.

The promotional bonus can be used to make and receive calls and messages both nationally and internationally. The bonus balance will be consumed first for these services. Nauta mail, however, will be paid with the main balance.
