Summary of the new Cubacel promotion:

- Date: From May 3rd to 8th, 2021 at 23:59h (Cuban time).

- Promotion bonus: 1GB + 1000 CUP bonus for recharges between 500 CUP and 1250 CUP.

- Expiration date: The 1GB + 1000 CUP bonus will be valid for 30 days from the moment the recharge is received.

- When Cubacel users check their balance via SMS, the bonus balance will be shown separately from the main balance. The consultation is free of cost.

The period of this promotion runs from Monday, May 3rd, 2021, at 00:01 a.m. (Cuban time) until Saturday, May 8th, 2021, at 23:59 p.m. (Cuban time).

The promotional bonus is 1GB + 1000 CUP and applies to every 500 CUP to 1250 CUP recharge.

The promotional bonus of 1GB + 1000 CUP is valid up until 30 days from the day it was purchased (Cuban time). The client will receive an SMS when the bonus is close to expiring.

The main balance is valid for 330 days from the date of recharge.

The bonus received cannot be transferred to other Cubacel customers. What can be transferred is the principal balance.

The promotional bonus can be used to make and receive calls and messages both local and international. The amount for these services is deducted first from the bonus and then from the main balance. Nauta mail and mobile data use will consume principal balance.

This promotion applies a 50% discount for international calls. All prepaid customers with money vouchers will be able to make international calls to any destination at the promotional rate, for which a 50% discount will be applied to the current rate. Once the balance of the money voucher is exhausted, the international calls originated will be deducted from the main balance and will maintain the 50% discount at the rate established by the international calls promotion in force during the month of May.

Those who have active SMS and minute bonuses accumulate, keep their validity but will have priority in the consumption of the bonus balance.

The 1GB bonus may be used for both local and international navigation on any network (2G / 3G / 4G).

Those who have valid DATA packages will extend their validity until the same expiration date of the bonus purchased in the promotion, that is, 30 days from receipt of the recharge.
