ETECSA + 40CUC promotion for recharges to Cuban cellphone lines from 23 to 28 March 2020

Summary for the new Cubacel promotion:

Date: From 23 to 28 March 2020 (Cuban time).

Promotional bonus: 40 CUC bonus for every 20 CUC to 50 CUC recharge.

Expiration date:  The 40 CUC bonus is valid up until April 14th, 2020 at 23:59 (Cuban time).

— When users check their bonus balance via SMS, it will be shown separately from the main balance.

Dial *222# to check the main balance and *222*266# for the bonus balance.

Terms and conditions:

1.The promotion begins on Monday March 23th, 2020 at 00:01h (Cuban time) and ends on Saturday March 28th, 2020 at 23:59h (Cuban time).

2. The promotional bonus is of 40 CUC and applies to every 20 CUC to 50 CUC recharge.

3. The 40 CUC bonus is valid up until April 14th, 2020 at 23:59h (Cuban time). The main balance is valid for 330 days from the day of the recharge.  

4. The promotional bonus cannot be transferred to other cellphone lines.

5. An SMS is sent as a reminder of the bonus expiration near the expiration date.

6. When Cubacel users check their balance via SMS the bonus balance will be shown separately from the main balance.

7. The promotional bonus can be used to make and receive calls and messages both nationally and internationally. The bonus balance will be consumed first for these services. Both Nauta mail and mobile data services, however, will be paid with the main balance.

8. If the customer still has previous promotional bonus, the purchase of this offer extends their validity date until April 14th, 2020.

9. From March 23th to 26th 2020 all customers with a CURRENT BONUS OF MONEY will be able to make international calls to any destination and will be given a 50% discount on the current rate. Once the MONEY BONUS is exhausted, international calls will be deducted from the principal balance at the Normal Rate.
