From the Fonoma app, you can also manage your contacts;
At the time of installation, you will be asked if you want to synchronize the contacts in Cuba with the Fonoma app.
You only need to give the ok to these permissions. That´s how you can make sure you are recharging the person in Cuba you really want to.
