The promotional bonus of 1GB + 50 Min + 50 SMS is valid up until 30 days from the day it was purchased (Cuban time). The client will receive an SMS when the bonus is close to expiring.

The main balance is valid for 330 days from the date of recharge.

The bonus received cannot be transferred to other Cubacel customers. What can be transferred is the principal balance.

The promotional bonus can be used to make and receive calls and messages both nationally and internationally. The amount for these services is deducted first from the bonus and then from the main balance. Nauta mail and mobile data use will consume principal balance.
