The period of this promotion runs from Wednesday, September 22nd, 2021, at 00:01 (Cuban time) until Thursday, September 30th, 2021, at 23:59 (Cuban time).
The 1500 CUP promotional bonus applies to recharges received by Cubacel customers between 500 CUP and 1250 CUP.
The 1500 CUP Bonus is valid for 30 days from the reception of the recharge. The customer receives an SMS when there are a few days left before the expiration date of the bonus.
The main balance is valid for 330 days from the date of recharge.
The bonus received cannot be transferred to other Cubacel customers. What can be transferred is the principal balance.
The voucher can be used to make and receive national and international calls and SMS, including Premium SMS and to BROWSE the Internet at the current consumption rate (0,50 CUP for MB). The amount for these services is deducted first from the bonus and then from the main balance. Nauta mail and mobile data usage will consume the main balance.
The main balance can be used to access Cubacel's 2G/ 3G / 4G Internet through the activation of the Tariff for Consumption or the purchase of Data Plans.
Those who have a current cash bonus will extend its validity until the same expiration date of the bonus acquired in the promotion, that is to say, 30 days after the recharge is received. In the case of customers who have the active bonus of Minutes, SMS, and Data (GB), the validity date of these bonuses will NOT be extended.
