Summary for the new Cubacel promotion:

— Date: from October 14th to October 19th, 2019 at 23:59h (Cuban time).

— Promotional bonus: 30min + 30SMS + 20 CUC bonus for every 20 CUC to 50 CUC recharge.

— Expiration date: 

 The 30min + 30SMS + 20 CUC is valid up until November 5th 2019 at 23:59 (Cuban time).

— When users check their bonus balance via SMS, it will be shown separately from the main balance.

Dial *222# to check the main balance and *222*266# for the bonus balance.

Terms and conditions:

  1. The promotion begins on Monday October 14th 2019 at 00:01h (Cuban time) and ends on Saturday October 19th 2019 at 23:59h (Cuban time).

  2. The promotional bonus 30min + 30SMS + 20 CUC and applies to every 20 CUC to 50 CUC recharge.

  3. The 30min + 30SMS + 20 CUC bonus is valid up until November 5th 2019 at 23:59h(Cuban time). The main balance is valid for 330 days from the day of the recharge.  

  4.  The promotional bonus cannot be transferred to other cellphone lines.

  5.  An SMS is sent as a reminder of the bonus expiration near the expiration date.

  6. Dial *222# to check the main balance and *222*266# for the bonus balance. This service is free of charge.

  7. The bonus of this promotion will be accumulated with the current bonus of the previous promotion. Both will expire on November 5, 2019.

  8. The promotional bonus can be used to make and receive calls and messages both nationally and internationally. The bonus balance will be consumed first for these services. Both Nauta mail and mobile data services, however, will be paid with the main balance.
