At Fonoma, we want to keep you informed about promotions, offers, and updates, but we also understand if you prefer a quieter inbox. That’s why you can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time, without affecting important messages related to your recharges.

Unsubscribing only stops promotional emails. You will continue to receive all essential notifications about your payments and recharges.


How to unsubscribe from promotional emails

  1. Open any promotional email you have received from Fonoma.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the message.

  3. Click the link that says “Unsubscribe”.

Once confirmed, you will stop receiving emails about promotions, offers, or special announcements.

Even after unsubscribing, you will still receive emails related to your recharges.


How to re-subscribe to Fonoma promotions

If you change your mind and want to receive Cubacel, Nauta, or other Fonoma promotions again, you can easily re-enable them:

  1. Log in to your Fonoma account.

  2. Open the side menu and select Account.

  3. Look for Cubacel and Nauta promotion alerts.

  4. Turn notifications back on.
