You can earn credit in several ways:

Example: A €26.22 recharge gives you €0.79 in credit.Referral program: Earn additional credit when you invite a friend and they complete their first successful recharge.
Special offers and promotions: During certain periods, Fonoma may offer extra credit bonuses.
Campaigns and rewards: By participating in giveaways or campaigns on Fonoma’s social media, you may receive credit as a prize.
All earned credit is automatically added to your account balance. Best of all, it never expires. Use it whenever you want.
You can view your available credit in the top-right corner of your Fonoma account or in the app under “Credit.”
How to use (redeem) your accumulated credit
When you’re ready to make a recharge:
Start the checkout process.
Turn on Use Fonoma Credit (your available balance will be shown).
The credit amount will be automatically deducted from your total.
If your credit covers the full amount, your recharge will be free.
If not, you can pay the remaining balance with your usual payment method.
Every recharge is an opportunity to earn more credit and reduce the cost of your next one.
When you see “Use Fonoma Credit” at checkout, you’re putting your rewards to work.
How to add Fonoma Credit to your account
You can also add credit directly to your account:
Log in to your Fonoma account or open the app.
In the side menu, select Credit.
Click Add Credit.
Choose one of the available options.
Select your payment method (card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).
Confirm the payment.
Your credit balance will update instantly once the transaction is complete.
How to check your credit activity
Open the side menu and select Credit.
You’ll see a detailed log of credit earned, credit used, and your available balance.
Review how and when your credit has been applied over time.
Important things to keep in mind
Partial credit usage: If your credit doesn’t fully cover a recharge, it will apply partially and the remainder will be charged to your payment method.
No expiration: Your credit does not expire, you can accumulate and use it whenever you like.
Refunds and canceled recharges: If a recharge is canceled or not completed, any credit used may be returned to your balance.

Credit not showing after payment: Refresh the page or restart the app, updates may take a few seconds to appear.

Can I withdraw my Fonoma Credit?
No. Fonoma Credit is non-withdrawable and can only be used for recharges within the platform.

Yes. You can split the payment if your credit doesn’t cover the full recharge amount.
What happens to my credit if I delete my account?
