View your recharges and payments in one place
Checking your recharge history is the easiest way to keep track of your sends, verify payments, and confirm the status of your transactions. From your Fonoma account, you can access all your activity at any time, both on the website and in the app.
Your recharge history is always available in your Fonoma account, so you can review or confirm any operation whenever you need.
How to access your recharge history
Log in to your Fonoma account using your email and password, or your sign-in method (Google, Apple, or Facebook).
Open the side menu (top-left corner).
Select Recharge history.
You’ll see a list of all recharges made from your account, along with their current status.
What information you’ll see in your history
When you tap or click on a recharge, you’ll be able to view details such as:
Recharge ID (internal reference number)
Status (completed, pending, failed, under review, etc.)
Recharged number or contact
Date and time of the transaction
Total amount paid
Payment method used
Credit earned or applied
This information helps you verify your sends, confirm charges, and keep better control of your spending.
If you just completed a recharge, the status may take a few minutes to update. Please wait briefly before checking again.
Troubleshooting recharge history issues
A recent recharge doesn’t appear: Wait a few minutes, then refresh the page or restart the app.
No transactions are shown: Make sure you’re logged in with the same email or account you used to make the recharges.
Error loading the history: Log out, log back in, and check your internet connection.
If a recharge still doesn’t appear or you notice any discrepancies, contact our support team by email or use the chat in the Fonoma Help Center.
