1. Check your balance from home using mobile data
If you have Nauta email and active mobile data:
Turn on mobile data.
Open a web browser.
Go to:
https://www.nauta.cu/loginLog in with your Nauta username and password.
Once inside, you’ll be able to see:
Available balance
Remaining time
Connection history
Recharge and transfer options

Access https://www.nauta.cu from the authentication window
(you must NOT be actively browsing).Log in with your username and password.
Go to Browsing Accounts.
Select Operations → Transfer balance.
Enter:
Destination Nauta account
Your password
Amount to transfer
Confirm the operation.
The balance will appear immediately in the recipient’s account.
Important requirements and conditions
1. Both users must be disconnected
Neither the sender nor the recipient can be browsing at the time of transfer.
2. It is not considered a recharge
The transfer does not extend the life cycle of the receiving account.

4. No reversals
