Protect your account with a strong password
Your password is the first layer of security protecting your Fonoma account.
Changing it regularly or resetting it if you forget it helps keep your personal information and your recharges safe.
This process only applies if you registered with email and password.
If you signed up using Google, Facebook, or Apple, your login credentials are managed directly by those platforms.
How to change your password from your account
If you remember your current password and want to update it for security reasons, follow these steps:
Log in to your Fonoma account using your email and password.
Open the side menu and select Account.
Click Change password.
Enter your current password to verify your identity.
Create a new secure password (at least 8 characters, including letters, numbers, and symbols).
Confirm the changes.
Your password will be updated instantly.
Avoid reusing old passwords. A new password significantly improves your account security.
If you forgot your password
If you can’t remember your password and can’t log in, you can reset it easily:
Go to the Fonoma homepage or open the app.
Tap Get started.
Choose Continue with email and enter your email address.
On the next screen, click Forgot it?
Confirm that you want to receive a reset email.
Check your inbox (and spam folder) and click the reset link sent by Fonoma.
Create and confirm your new password.
The reset link expires after a short time. If it doesn’t work, request a new one and use it right away.
What to do if you don’t receive the reset email
Make sure you entered the same email you used to register.
Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders.
Wait a few minutes, sometimes emails are delayed.
If it still doesn’t arrive, click Resend email or contact support via email or the website chat.

For security, it’s recommended to update your password periodically.
